Job Description
We are seeking a Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to join our team at SAPH Solutions. In this role, you will ensure smooth order processing by contacting customers to confirm orders, verify shipping addresses, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify addresses.
- Provide friendly customer support to enhance satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and encourage order completion.
- Follow up with courier companies for timely deliveries.
- Maintain order records using data entry tools.
Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs20,00.00 per month
