Job Description
ClearPath Orthodontics is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Improve lead conversion rates from social media pages.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualification:
- Previous call center experience with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.

Salary: Rs 55,00 + Commission
