Job Description
Indigo Developers is seeking a qualified Construction Account Officer to manage financial and accounting activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure precise record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project expenses and financial transactions.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Manage payroll for construction personnel.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; knowledge of construction accounting principles; proficiency in accounting software.
