Job Description
The Company:
Zarea is Pakistan’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketplace for physical commodities. As a B2B company, we source products locally and sell them across Pakistan, with exciting expansion plans into the Middle East.
Responsibilities include establishing client retention goals, enhancing customer experience, developing success plans, managing a CSR team, addressing client inquiries via WhatsApp, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in Customer Success
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Additional Information:
- Full-time position with a salary of Rs150,00 – Rs200,00/month
- Work hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm
