Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor staff, including agronomists and extension workers.
- Develop strategic plans for the center’s initiatives and programs.
- Design and coordinate agricultural training programs for farmers.
- Promote sustainable farming practices and pest management.
- Provide expert advice on crop management and agricultural technology.
- Foster relationships with local farmers and community organizations.
- Assess program effectiveness and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee budget and financial resources, ensuring efficient use of funds.

Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: 2 years preferred as Agriculture Center InCharge (Female)
