Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development and IT service management process design. A solid understanding of ServiceNow’s product suite and integration technologies is crucial.
Key responsibilities include implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB processes. Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA or CAD) and scripting experience (JavaScript) are preferred.
