Job Description
Kay Tronix Call Centre is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Xfinity inbound calls sales campaigns and a strong background in inbound sales or call center environments.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries related to billing, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing information on services. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Requirements: Intermediate education, 1 year of experience with Xfinity inbound calls preferred, and proficiency in English. Location: Lahore, onsite.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
