Job Description
Join our team as a Global Help Desk Manager at Agrius IT, where you will lead a team of technicians across multiple time zones to deliver exceptional IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely issue resolution while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
✔ Manage the ticketing system and track performance metrics.
✔ Collaborate with IT teams for comprehensive support.
✔ Supervise IT asset management globally and coach your team.
✔ Prepare performance reports and oversee budgets.
Location: Gulberg Greens
Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
