Job Description
We are Mahir Company, looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Officer to efficiently handle real-time customer queries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and call.
- Resolve issues, provide accurate information, and take orders.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
