Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Floor Manager in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise designated sections effectively.
- Increase sales and enhance customer services.
- Train staff regularly and onboard new hires according to company standards.
- Manage customer interactions and visual merchandising.
- Lead and coordinate the team within the department.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a well-known retail brand.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong management and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
