HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Assistant to provide on-site technical support to farmers in crop management, soil health, and sustainable agricultural practices. Responsibilities include implementing agricultural projects, conducting field visits, compiling data, and organizing training sessions. Strong relationship-building skills with local farmers and agricultural cooperatives are essential.
Salary Range: $60k – $70k per year
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Pay: Starting at Rs65,00.00 per month
Requirements:
– BSc in Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture
– 1-2 years of related work experience required
