Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents for a full-time position. As an SB Agent, you will engage with interested customers by managing 600-800 incoming calls.
Compensation: Earnings based on QA-approved transfers and retention bonuses for working hours.
Shift Timing: Night shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (including breaks).
Requirements: Good English speaking skills, a working laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and stable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Computer proficiency, strong listening and multitasking abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to work night shifts.
