Job Description
Real Leads is seeking an energetic and outgoing Social Media & Customer Support Specialist with excellent English skills to join our team. This role includes content creation, social media management, and customer support to engage with clients and aid their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities: Create content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, write email campaigns, answer client questions, design graphics using Canva, and utilize project management tools.
Requirements: Outgoing personality, excellent English, experience in social media and customer support, knowledge of Canva.
