Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking an experienced Agriculture Center InCharge to lead our initiatives and programs. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring staff, including agronomists and extension workers.
- Designing agricultural training programs and promoting sustainable practices.
- Providing expert crop and livestock care advice.
- Fostering relationships with local farmers and stakeholders.
- Assessing program effectiveness and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Overseeing budget and managing resources efficiently.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years of experience as Agriculture Center InCharge preferred.
