Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. Once customer needs are identified, you will forward calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings (NIGHT SHIFT):
- 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Pay: Rs 5,00 – Rs 120,00 per month (commission-based salary)
