Job Description
We are TTC Amigos BPO, looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to enhance our call center team. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver impactful training programs for new hires and offer expertise in product knowledge, compliance, and call handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design training materials and monitor trainee performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and support freshers.
- Collaborate with management to meet training needs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a call center trainer.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
