Job Description
Sharmeen Group is seeking a highly experienced General Manager Operations to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field and possess at least 10 years of experience in a GM role within a manufacturing company.
You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. This includes overseeing production schedules, controlling costs, and enforcing safety and compliance standards while managing the workforce effectively.
