Job Description
A Verifier in our outbound call center is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of customer information gathered during phone conversations. This pivotal role enhances data integrity and boosts customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm customer information accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries with exceptional service.
