Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative, working the night shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, focusing on our Final Expense campaign.
Your responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and customer service experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
