Job Description
American Lyceum International School is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will troubleshoot IT issues, resolve employee tickets, and maintain hardware devices. Duties include installing software, securing digital assets, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
The ideal candidate should have two years of IT support experience and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology or equivalent. Strong networking knowledge, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
