Job Description

Company: Obizworks – Offshore Business Consultants
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within multinational or foreign companies.
Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PST (Onsite, Full-time)
Salary: $150,00 to $250,00 plus allowances and benefits.
Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Bahria Town Phase 7.
Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and performance reviews.
Desired Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
