Job Description
Source Code Academia is currently looking for a dedicated Student Schedule & Reporting Manager. This key role involves a variety of essential responsibilities including:
- Roster Management: Develop and maintain department rosters.
- Class Oversight: Manage and coordinate class schedules effectively.
- Teacher Coordination: Organize teacher schedules and oversee administrative duties.
- IT Liaison: Act as the primary contact for IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Invoice Oversight: Monitor and manage invoices, including manual payment processing.
- Student Support: Address student inquiries regarding invoices promptly.
- Reporting: Deliver daily reports to supervisors as required.
This is a full-time position that necessitates in-person attendance.
