Job Description

Be a part of our dynamic team at CIEL HR as a Call Center Representative! In this role, you will engage with potential customers via phone to generate leads and sales. Your responsibilities will include asking insightful questions, fostering meaningful conversations, and addressing inquiries about our products while achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Confident team player
• Experience with XFINITY, AT&T, Direct TV, or Telecom
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Willingness to work Night Shift (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Compensation Package:

• Salary: Rs30,00 to Rs45,00 + Rs5,00 per sale
• 10 Sick Leaves, 10 Casual Leaves, 7 Annual Leaves
