Job Description
Variant Architecture is actively seeking a Senior Building Manager to manage the operations and maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, fostering relationships with residents, and ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, inspecting building systems, negotiating with contractors, and addressing resident inquiries promptly.
Applicants should possess at least 3 years of experience in hotel or building management, demonstrate strong communication skills, and exhibit a proactive mindset. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in the hospitality or electrical industries.
