Job Description
Faisal Movers is urgently seeking Ticket Officers (Male/Female) for our Abdullah Terminal located at Yateem Khana, Band Road, Lahore. Please apply only if you are willing to work at this location and are a permanent resident of Lahore.
This role requires flexibility to work in rotating morning, evening, and night shifts as we operate 24/7.
Key Responsibilities include managing ticket bookings, providing route information, assisting with cancellations and upgrades, resolving customer inquiries, and staying updated with company policies.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in ticketing or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
