Job Description

Techneed is seeking a talented Upwork Bidder to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with:

• Gaining expertise in freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Bark, and Freelancer.
• Crafting customized proposals and actively searching for job opportunities.
• Placing bids on projects that align with our company’s capabilities.
• Engaging with clients to clarify their project requirements.
• Overseeing the bidding process and collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful project execution.

This position is full-time during night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM or 10 PM to 7 AM). Candidates with 3 to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply. Compensation ranges from Rs 30,00.00 to Rs 80,00.00 per month.
