Job Description
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for hospitality? OD Pakistan is looking for a dedicated and proactive Shift Manager to enhance our dynamic team in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during your shift.
- Lead and inspire the team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff schedules and effectively delegate tasks.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in the food and beverage industry.
