Job Description
Genetics Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to provide outstanding service to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, adeptly resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Deliver accurate information and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Document feedback to improve service quality continually.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to resolve complex challenges.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
