Job Description
RBE (Private) Limited is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling meetings, and coordinating courier services. Your contributions will also be vital in maintaining an organized reception area. You will support our operations by effectively answering and directing phone calls and efficiently screening inquiries. Furthermore, sorting and distributing mail will be integral to your daily responsibilities.
