Job Description
Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a seasoned Organizational Development (OD) Manager for our client in the Ecommerce fashion sector, based in DHA, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute OD strategies along with performance management systems.
- Oversee change management and talent development initiatives.
- Create and implement a comprehensive in-house training program.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
- MBA in Human Resources from an accredited university.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
