Job Description
Collaborate Solutions is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! In this full-time position, you will oversee the complete accounts receivable process, which encompasses billing, invoicing, and collections. Your responsibilities will include processing and reconciling payments in compliance with financial policies, preparing account statements, and issuing timely reminders for overdue payments. You will also work closely with various departments to resolve discrepancies and analyze data to recommend process enhancements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with proven experience in accounts receivable, proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, and strong analytical skills.
