Job Description
The First Law is actively seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure optimal satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, robust problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
