Job Description
The Talent Connect is currently seeking a talented and motivated Closer Agent to effectively negotiate and secure agreements with our clients. This critical role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to finalized sales. Candidates must possess outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalizing all sales and contracts.
- Negotiating with clients and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Reviewing contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Following up with leads and assisting them throughout the closing process.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaboration with internal teams to facilitate smooth closings.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
