Develop strategic sales initiatives, lead and mentor the sales team, establish and nurture client relationships, and monitor sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6-8 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a management role, and demonstrated leadership capabilities are essential.
Note: Willingness to relocate to Kohat is a prerequisite.
