Job Description
Comtanix, a rapidly growing BPO based in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our expanding team. We are looking for candidates who possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with our customers in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities.
- Meet quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and fluency in English are essential.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM.
