Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a committed Taxi Controller (Customer Service Representative) to efficiently handle incoming calls from customers in the UK who are booking or amending their taxi services. Key responsibilities include managing airport bookings, processing payments, resolving complaints, and addressing inquiries from drivers.
Required Experience: Ideal candidates will possess inbound call center experience or a minimum of one year as a Customer Service Representative. Familiarity with Ghost and Icabbi systems is advantageous. A British accent is essential for this role.
