Job Description
Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a committed Junior Manager for our Cold Chain operations. The ideal candidate will optimize our temperature-controlled logistics, safeguard product integrity, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers.
- Leverage technology for real-time monitoring and tracking.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff.
- Generate analytical reports on operational performance.
Qualifications: A degree in Chemicals or Mechanical Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in cold chain logistics is preferred.
