Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions PVT LTD is currently looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our URDU Punjabi team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, professionally addressing customer inquiries, and efficiently resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle customer calls.
- Resolve customer issues while delivering exceptional service.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and call handling performance targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
