Job Description
Link HR Consultants is looking for a meticulous Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing month-end and year-end processes, and managing accounting for property transactions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of rental income and expenses, assisting with budget development, tracking financial variances, and performing financial modeling for various real estate projects. Additionally, this role will support audits, conduct financial due diligence, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
