Job Description
Softvira is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist with expertise in U.S. taxation to assist clients with their tax inquiries and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support, resolve client issues promptly, and maintain high standards of communication. Offer guidance on tax compliance requirements and support clients in utilizing tax software.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; demonstrated customer support experience; and outstanding communication skills.
Benefits: Competitive salary, bonuses, and additional perks. Salary up to Rs120,00.00 per month. Location: Shahra-e-Faisal (Fortune Tower).
