Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad
Vacancies: Multiple positions available
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Associate at HRPSP to deliver outstanding customer support and ensure timely assistance for client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and resolve telecom service issues.
– Provide customer assistance through phone, email, and chat communication.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
– A 3-year diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or IT is required.
– Open to both fresh graduates and experienced applicants.
– Male candidates aged between 32 to 35 years preferred.
– Applicants must possess a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
Salary: PKR 32,00 monthly
