Job Description
Mercy Corps is looking for a skilled Information Technology Officer to join our Islamabad, Pakistan team. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will collaborate with supervisors to implement IT policies, install and configure hardware, ensure efficient network operations, and provide technical support to staff members. Key responsibilities include maintaining system security, setting up user accounts, monitoring network performance, and facilitating procurement processes. A solid understanding of both Android and iOS platforms is necessary for success in this role.
