Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a prominent manufacturer and retailer, is actively seeking a Customer Support Chat Executive to join our dedicated team. Our mission is centered on sustainability and customer satisfaction, offering innovative and organic products across our 16+ brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing daily inquiries from both staff and customers. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and previous experience in customer service are essential qualifications.
This position operates during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. We provide a full-time, 24-month contract with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
