Job Description
IT Empire is actively seeking a highly motivated CRM Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer data management, analyzing customer information to create targeted segmentation strategies, and optimizing CRM automation and sales processes.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Proficiency in CRM systems, strong data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills are required for success in this position.
