Job Description
As an HR Generalist at Blesso Cosmetics, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment, addressing employee relations, overseeing performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a minimum of 5 years in HR operations. A BBA (Hons) in HR or a Master’s in HRM is required.
Enjoy a monthly salary of Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00, along with bonuses and medical coverage.
Location: Johar Town, Lahore. Full-time position, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
