Job Description
Brilliant Avenir is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. This position involves delivering technical support and managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Promptly responding to customer inquiries via chat and calls.
- Offering effective solutions during calls.
- Staying knowledgeable about services to troubleshoot issues.
- Accurately recording and updating customer information.
- Achieving performance targets while adhering to company policies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year in Customer Care preferred.
Working Hours: 3 p.m – 12 a.m or 4 p.m – 1 a.m (UK Banking Hours)
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
Location: In-person.
