Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a crucial part of our team. In this role, you will manage incoming phone calls, cultivate lasting relationships with customers, and effectively resolve complaints. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications include a diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and demonstrated experience in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage, and prior experience in the Visa industry is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, based in our office.
