Job Description
BBG Professionals is looking for talented individuals to become part of our Chartered Accountancy practice in the role of Admin Officer. The standard working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, with potential variations based on workload. We offer competitive salaries in line with market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard clients into the firm’s database and software systems.
- Draft engagement letters for various services.
- Submit online Accounts and Tax Returns.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing emails.
- Facilitate communication via email and calls with colleagues, clients, and UK authorities.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA (Hons), BSC/MSC or equivalent.
- Experience with UK businesses is preferred.
- Proficient IT and communication skills; fluency in spoken English is advantageous.
