Translation Empire PK is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter Intern to enhance our talent acquisition initiatives. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with technical talent that aligns with our company’s values and objectives. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain insights into the technical recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial candidate screenings, utilize recruitment tools, and contribute to process improvement efforts.
Requirements: A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a passion for technical roles; and strong communication skills are essential.
Work mode: Office-based, Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM, Location: DHA Sector F Rwp. Salary: Competitive with market standards.
