Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Support Team Lead. This key role involves managing, supporting, and training our dedicated Customer Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), creating weekly schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing existing processes to enhance overall team performance. A comprehensive understanding of our products and services is crucial.
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of experience in a junior managerial role within customer support, or three to four years in Operations. Proficiency in communication and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Applications are due by March 30, 2025, with an anticipated start date of April 7, 2025.
